Jack Clemens calls his weekly Triad Toastmasters meeting "my 'Hour of Power', borrrowing, of course, from the great Dr. Schuler. As a small business owner, Toastmasters is the best training and development dollar in existence!"
"I joined Toastmasters to be more competent speaking in front of groups. I have a client appreciation and employee recognition business and do sales presentations to groups of 150 people or more several times a year. I immediately felt more confident and comfortable during my group presentations after being in Toastmasters just a couple of months. I'd love to tell you more."

Mack Arrington has been a member of Triad Toastmasters since January, 2006. During his life, he has filled various "onstage" roles such as presenter, trainer, facilitator, entertainer and worship leader, so you might wonder why he felt the need to join Toastmasters. "I have never been quite sure how I come across and what I needed to change to improve. I needed to find people who would give me good feedback and be honest about it," says Mack, "Our Toastmasters club is very supportive like this and we have a great group of people who want to help each other."
Mack has been in private practice as a business and personal coach since 2001. He loves coaching people to live by design and not by default, and works mainly with executives, business owners and salespeople. He is involved with family and church activities. Check out his bio and goodies page at www.mackarrington.com.
